It writes a short script and runs it in an isolated sandbox whose only way out is Keyboard's credential-injecting proxy — your tokens are attached at the network layer, so the model never sees them and can never leak them. One script can pull data from one app, transform it, and push it into another, with approval controls that keep you in the loop on everything that runs.
